A Historic Invitation
"We would be humble, proud, and very excited to welcome the Dublin Silver Brass Band to Stavanger and Siddis Brass."
"Only once before has an international band participated in Siddis Brass. To welcome a band from the United States would be something truly special."
The Dublin Silver Band has received an official invitation from Anders Rydberg, Chairman of the Board of Stavanger Brass Band, to participate in SIDDIS Brass 2026 — one of the largest and most prestigious entertainment brass band contests in Europe.
This historic invitation makes us the first brass band from the United States to be invited to compete at this renowned Norwegian festival.
